The information you choose to share.

What the form collects
Revera's contact and playbook forms may collect your name, work email, company, creator-budget range when requested, your planning or reviewing choice, and the campaign decision or constraint you describe. The playbook answers are sent only when you choose to submit them.
Why Revera uses it
The information is used to respond to your request, assess whether Revera's services fit, prepare for a conversation, and maintain a record of the business inquiry.
Form processing
The website currently uses FormSubmit to transmit form entries to Revera's business email. Do not submit confidential personal information, passwords, payment details, or information you are not authorized to share.
Meeting scheduling
After an inquiry is accepted, we load a Calendly calendar so you can book a meeting. Calendly receives browser connection information when the calendar loads and the booking details you enter. Your inquiry answers are not automatically copied into Calendly. See Calendly's privacy notice.
Analytics and advertising
Optional Google Analytics measurement begins only after you allow analytics. It measures page visits, review-link clicks, form starts, playbook path choices, worksheet starts and PDF downloads, scroll depth, and inquiries accepted by our form processor.
Advertising tags from Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn load only after you separately allow advertising. They can record a visit to a page, help us build audiences based on pages visited, measure actions such as a playbook PDF download, and help us show follow-up advertising on those platforms. If no advertising tag is configured, no advertising data is sent to that platform.
Optional visitor identification uses an Instantly tag supplied through Leadsy. If you allow it, the tag can record your visit, pages viewed, and browser information. Instantly may match that activity to a business or person for sales follow-up using its own data. This is a separate choice from analytics and ads. Earlier analytics or advertising permission does not turn it on.
Our tracking code does not add names, email addresses, company names, budget answers, or worksheet text entered into our forms to tracking calls. You can decline or change each choice using “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser. Browser blocking and declined consent mean some visits will not appear in reports or visitor identification.

Inquiry source information
We keep campaign-link labels, the referring site's origin, and the entry page in this browser tab so an inquiry can include how you reached the website. This record resets after 30 minutes without a page load. It is sent with your inquiry to our business email, including when you choose the email-client fallback. We exclude other URL parameters and do not store your form answers in browser storage.
Questions or deletion requests
Email hello@reveramarketing.com to ask what inquiry information Revera holds or to request deletion, subject to legitimate legal and business record requirements.
