Give the campaign a job
Define the objective, creator role, hypothesis, success measure, and next decision before sourcing begins.
Managed influencer marketing
Revera acts as an extension of the brand team across creator sourcing, vetting, negotiation, briefs, launch control, measurement, and written next-budget decisions.
What Revera owns
Creator campaign management is not only outreach and delivery tracking. Each placement has an economic question, a set of preventable failure points, and an evidence window.
Revera coordinates the work while the brand keeps direct visibility into creator cost, commercial terms, approvals, evidence, and the final decision.
Seven connected steps
Define the objective, creator role, hypothesis, success measure, and next decision before sourcing begins.
Review audience fit, authentic engagement, sponsor history, sponsored performance, safety, price, rights, and conflicts.
Document the rate, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, deadlines, revisions, and payment workflow.
Connect the brief, story, offer, CTA, landing path, code, UTM, inventory, timing, and approvals.
Coordinate creator communication, review, publication checks, tracking checks, and issue resolution.
Separate what was observed, attributed, inferred, and causally supported.
Close with Scale, Renew, Change, Stop, or Retest, including uncertainty, owner, and timing.
Commercial model
The brand contracts with and pays creators or their authorized representatives directly. Revera's professional fee does not rise as a percentage of creator spend.
The Conversion Layer is available only as a separately scoped add-on. It is not included by default in the Creator Investment Program.
Review pricingThe 120-day program
The full Creator Investment Program uses a 120-day operating window, not a performance promise. Creator booking alone takes four to eight weeks, so the window is built around real lead times.
Review spend, contracts, creator performance, and attribution. Write the placement charters, run the first preflights, and open the first bookings.
Source, negotiate, and launch against real lead times, with launch checks passed, tracking confirmed, and material changes logged.
Hold the attribution tail open, run the investment reviews, and close every placement with a written Scale, Renew, Change, Stop, or Retest decision.
The standard is process, not luck: no placement goes live without a written objective, a completed preflight, confirmed tracking, and a decision record at close. Some placements may go live outside the initial window because of production and brand-calendar lead times.
